Apartment Sorbier, Les Charmettes

Built in typical Savoyard style, the small Les Charmettes building has just 12 apartments. Apartment Sorbier combines smart modern decor with sumptuous furnishings. The interior has been tastefully decorated to a high standard with wood much in evidence and floor space is more generous than found in most Alpine units.

The apartment has a large open planned living room/kitchenette with amazing views of the facing mountain range. The living area has a double pull-out sofa bed. It also has a large flat screen TV with DVD player..

For music there is a stereo as well as an iDock system. The well equipped kitchenette is brand new, in oak with oak worktops and fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the corridor you find the bathroom with shower; a separate WC and a double bedroom, again with TV and DVD. The corridor houses a large storage unit – which serves the whole flat, but also accommodates luggage and bedding for the sofa bed.

The whole apartment is newly decorated – it’s all very neutral but snug and comfortable and we’ve supplied DVDs, CDs, books and magazines.

There is a good sized balcony, with amazing views, and a ski locker to the front of the property.

The residence has its own underground parking which is inclusive within the rent. However, if preferred, there are parking spaces to the rear of Les Charmettes.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, for four sharing or a couple with children. It is located in the heart of Sainte Foy Station, above the local bars and shops and is about 100 yards from the nursery slope and ski lift.
