| Our Apartment
The apartment is ideal for a couple, for four sharing or a couple with 2 children. It is possible to make it a six sleeper with adding a sofa bed to the living area.
It is located in the heart of Sainte Foy Station, situated above the local bars and shops and is about 100 yards from the nursery slope and ski lift.
It is approximately 40 square meters internally and has a good sized balcony. There is one double bedroom with bunk beds situated between the bedroom and living room. There is a small bathroom and separate lavatory. The living room/kitchen is large with amazing views of the facing mountain range. The kitchen is brand new, in oak with oak worktops and fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge & dishwasher and is really well equipped. There is a big dining table with benches, a four-seater comfy sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen/living room, hall and lavatory are newly decorated – it’s all very neutral and we’ve supplied DVDs and CDs etc. The bathroom is brand new with lime stone tiling to the all walls, a brand new bathroom suite and shower attachment. The bedroom and bunk area are perfectly acceptable but need some updating in terms of decor.
